Leads a North American team of Account Executives focused on new-business revenue growth for Fin. Responsibilities include sales strategy, segment planning, pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking, talent development, cross-functional go-to-market collaboration, customer handoffs, and data-driven reporting. The role requires building high-performing teams, executing outbound sales motions, optimizing sales processes, and delivering revenue and logo growth.

Owns partner-delivered Fin implementation projects, onboarding and certifying service partners, translating customer requirements into deployment plans, driving AI adoption and portfolio KPIs, managing escalations and project risks, improving partner operations, and coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and R&D. Leads partner business reviews and ensures delivery quality, customer outcomes, and continuous partner enablement.

Generates enterprise sales pipeline for Fin by targeting strategic accounts, conducting personalized cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and engaging C-level prospects. Partners with account executives to prioritize opportunities, communicates Fin’s value proposition, maintains product and market expertise, and collaborates with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product to optimize pipeline generation. The role offers development toward an account executive or closing sales position.
