The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, email, and PC systems.

Manage inside sales activities including proposal generation, BOM/pricing, coordinating with Engineering/Production, training distributors, tracking opportunities in CRM/ERP, analyzing lost deals, reporting sales metrics, resolving customer issues, and supporting distributor evaluation for successful project delivery.

Process and verify vendor invoices, maintain AP records, reconcile accounts, set up and manage vendor accounts, process payments and expense reports, support audits, and collaborate with Purchasing and Logistics.

Design, program, test, commission, and troubleshoot Mecalux warehouse control systems using proprietary Galileo and related tools. Configure fieldbus networks, load programs to VFDs and HMIs, validate safety devices, manage on-site electromechanics, train customers, and report progress to project management.

Sell racking and static/dynamic storage solutions across Utah and Idaho. Manage dealer, distributor, and end-user relationships; generate quotes with technical teams; conduct sales presentations and calls; maintain CRM activity and forecast sales; coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, installation, and service.
