Drives continuous improvement across fabrication and assembly processes to improve quality, efficiency, throughput, and plant performance. Develops manufacturing solutions, supports process controls and error-proofing, optimizes plant layout, trains production employees on quality procedures, conducts root cause analysis, and coordinates with plant staff and management. Reviews supplier delivery records and ensures production materials meet quality requirements.

Coordinates sales proposals, bills of material, pricing, layouts, customer and internal meetings, and distributor training. Manages CRM and ERP sales tracking, analyzes lost opportunities, prepares pipeline reports, resolves customer issues, evaluates distributor performance, and collaborates with Engineering, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service to support successful project delivery.

Manages production planning, inventory accuracy, warehouse processes, material availability, and logistics system transactions using SAP, EASY WMS, and Excel. Develops production sequences, replenishment strategies, layouts, lean process improvements, and performance indicators. Coordinates inventory adjustments, physical counts, defects, returns, transportation orders, supplier communications, and cross-functional support for sales, purchasing, logistics, production, and customer service teams.

Process and verify vendor invoices, maintain AP records, reconcile accounts, set up and manage vendor accounts, process payments and expense reports, support audits, and collaborate with Purchasing and Logistics.

Design, program, test, commission, and troubleshoot Mecalux warehouse control systems using proprietary Galileo and related tools. Configure fieldbus networks, load programs to VFDs and HMIs, validate safety devices, manage on-site electromechanics, train customers, and report progress to project management.

Sell racking and static/dynamic storage solutions across Utah and Idaho. Manage dealer, distributor, and end-user relationships; generate quotes with technical teams; conduct sales presentations and calls; maintain CRM activity and forecast sales; coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, installation, and service.
