Manages production planning, inventory accuracy, warehouse processes, material availability, and logistics system transactions using SAP, EASY WMS, and Excel. Develops production sequences, replenishment strategies, layouts, lean process improvements, and performance indicators. Coordinates inventory adjustments, physical counts, defects, returns, transportation orders, supplier communications, and cross-functional support for sales, purchasing, logistics, production, and customer service teams.

Provides administrative support to the Plant Manager in a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating weekly bonus payments with payroll, managing special projects, printing production labels, communicating with departments and vendors, maintaining timekeeping records, and tracking employee hours and PTO. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, email, and PC systems.

Manage inside sales activities including proposal generation, BOM/pricing, coordinating with Engineering/Production, training distributors, tracking opportunities in CRM/ERP, analyzing lost deals, reporting sales metrics, resolving customer issues, and supporting distributor evaluation for successful project delivery.
