Teams at International Justice Mission

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated global marketing campaigns. Assist with discovery, creative briefs, cross-channel coordination, performance data collection, asset rollouts, and stakeholder communication. Work closely with Creative, Digital, and regional teams to ensure on-brand execution and continuous improvement. Participate in spiritual formation community and comply with background checks and faith requirements.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional marketing projects from initiation to completion: create roadmaps and timelines, maintain documentation and workflows, facilitate stakeholder communication, monitor risks and milestones, schedule meetings, track capacity and reporting, support vendors, and drive process and project management improvements.

Operate and improve IJM's Microsoft Azure environment: ensure availability, performance, security, monitoring, incident response, cost optimization, IaC deployments (Bicep/ARM/Terraform), automation with PowerShell/Azure CLI, governance (Azure Policy/RBAC), and collaborate across teams to maintain standardized, secure, and observable cloud platforms.
