Leads emergency supply chain operations across procurement, warehousing, inventory, fleet, logistics, medical supplies, and pharmaceuticals. Develops sourcing and procurement plans, ensures compliance with IRC and donor policies, manages assets and fleet processes, supports audits, trains teams, and coordinates with country programs and partners. The role deploys internationally to humanitarian emergencies, provides technical leadership, and must be ready to deploy within 72 hours, with field work up to 65% of the time.
