Teams at Intertape Polymer Group (IPG)

Manages daily customer orders, inquiries, pricing issues, order status, complaints, claims, and delivery coordination. Solicits orders from existing customers, supports truck-fill requirements, monitors service metrics, analyzes ordering trends, and collaborates with sales, operations, logistics, and customers to resolve issues. Maintains customer and sales-system data while meeting customer service KPIs and quality standards.

Designs and implements mechanical retrofits, rebuilds, upgrades, and modernization solutions for packaging machinery, robotics, palletizers, and automated manufacturing systems. Responsibilities include field assessments, mechanical design, CAD documentation, troubleshooting integrated mechanical and controls systems, commissioning, root cause analysis, and technical support. Requires collaboration with customers, service teams, manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering groups. The role requires substantial travel to customer and manufacturing locations.

Designs custom automated packaging machinery, including cartoners, case packers, palletizers, and robotic systems, from concept through manufacturing release. Responsibilities include 3D mechanical design, engineering calculations, motion analysis, production drawings, bills of material, design reviews, troubleshooting, and commissioning support. The role owns project execution, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and ensures machinery is manufacturable, reliable, cost-effective, and delivered on schedule.
