Administer and optimize enterprise AVEVA PI environments supporting real-time power infrastructure and control center operations. Configure OT data collection and integrations from SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs, and related systems. Lead architecture improvements, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, modernization, automation, telemetry feeds, project onboarding, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Develop solutions using Python, PowerShell, and .NET while mentoring junior team members and supporting Operations Engineering.

Perform audits and evaluations at Invenergy wind and solar sites to ensure compliance with policies and maintenance standards. Develop and maintain QA policies, analyze quality metrics, lead root-cause investigations, manage quality documentation, and collaborate with operations to implement corrective actions. Travel regionally up to 70%.

Lead fleet-wide governance for incident management and nonconformance programs, ensuring risk-based investigations, corrective action effectiveness, and Intelex documentation. Provide hands-on quality execution and improvement at the Central Machine Shop, support investigations, partner with Engineering/Operations/EHS, analyze trends, and facilitate enterprise governance forums. Senior individual contributor role with up to 20% travel; no people management.
