Develops quantitative investment technology, including ETL pipelines, data warehouse integrations, GUI applications, cloud migration to Snowflake, portfolio optimization, and process automation in Python and R. Collaborates with portfolio management, analysts, operations, and technology teams to deliver investment research, analytics, reporting, and data solutions. Maintains large datasets and debugs legacy Excel VBA, Python, and R processes.

Develop and enhance portfolio management technology, quantitative models, analytics, monitoring frameworks, reporting tools, and workflow automation for equity ETFs and indexed strategies. Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve data architecture, and support high-volume index portfolio management. The role requires programming, data analysis, ETL orchestration, cloud, containerization, version control, and capital markets knowledge.

Performs strategic technical business analysis for investment technology projects supporting ETF and indexed strategies. Analyzes requirements, business processes, and data-platform enhancements; designs solution recommendations; coordinates user testing and business sign-off; supports critical production applications; and manages risks, issues, stakeholders, and project communications. Builds relationships with internal partners and identifies opportunities to improve productivity through technology.
