Serve as customer-site liaison providing in-plant ink support. Travel 60-70%, weigh and mix ink batches, manage inventory and stock rotation, perform color matching and maintenance, and support press needs.

The Solutions Sales Representative focuses on offset ink sales by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical support.

Support demand and supply planning processes, maintain planning systems, monitor inventory and KPIs, analyze forecasts and aged inventory, coordinate with plants and stakeholders, drive process improvements and execute supply chain projects to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.

Perform laboratory quality control testing and color evaluations for ink and coatings batches, record results in SAP, calibrate equipment, investigate non-conforming batches, support Lean/5S activities, execute batch adjustments and sample retention, and assist with customer proofing and clerical tasks.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will manage facility improvement projects, troubleshoot equipment, develop budgets, and support training in manufacturing operations.
