Serve as customer-site liaison providing in-plant ink support. Travel 60-70%, weigh and mix ink batches, manage inventory and stock rotation, perform color matching and maintenance, and support press needs.

Perform laboratory quality control testing and color evaluations for ink and coatings batches, record results in SAP, calibrate equipment, investigate non-conforming batches, support Lean/5S activities, execute batch adjustments and sample retention, and assist with customer proofing and clerical tasks.

Support manufacturing operations by processing and confirming customer and production orders, creating/releasing SAP process orders, maintaining labels and documentation, performing cycle counts, managing inventory transactions, tracking order status, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and assisting with purchasing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will manage facility improvement projects, troubleshoot equipment, develop budgets, and support training in manufacturing operations.
