Leads procurement strategies and supplier management across multiple manufacturing sites and technical labs. Responsibilities include sourcing alternatives, monitoring commodity trends, managing supplier evaluations and performance KPIs, forecasting demand, negotiating vendor contracts, controlling costs and risks, and coordinating material flow across facilities. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with production-environment procurement experience.

Prepares and mixes ink batches, matches colors, coordinates inventory for press needs, receives and rotates stock, and performs inplant maintenance at a customer site. The role serves as a liaison between INX and the customer and requires strong communication, reading, math, organization, computer, and color-matching skills. Employees must pass a color vision test and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Serve as INX liaison at customer sites to weigh and mix ink batches, perform color matching, coordinate inventory, receive/rotate stock, support new customer startups, cover shifts, and perform in-plant maintenance.
