Manages daily customer order transactions, order status communication, pricing issues, expedited orders, complaints, claims, and delivery coordination. Solicits orders from existing customers, supports truck-fill objectives, analyzes sales and ordering trends, maintains customer records, and collaborates with sales, operations, logistics, and claims teams. Uses reporting and business systems to monitor service levels, resolve issues, meet KPIs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Designs custom automated packaging machinery from concept through manufacturing release, including mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, production drawings, and bills of material. Owns engineering execution, schedules, documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional coordination. Supports manufacturing, assembly, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, and service. Requires practical mechanical engineering judgment, advanced CAD skills, and the ability to deliver reliable, manufacturable machine designs under aggressive project timelines.

Designs and implements mechanical retrofits, rebuilds, upgrades, and modernization solutions for packaging machinery, robotics, material handling systems, and manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include field assessments, mechanical design, engineering documentation, troubleshooting integrated mechanical and controls systems, commissioning, root cause analysis, and manufacturing support. The role requires collaboration with customers, field service, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, plus frequent travel to customer and manufacturing sites.
