Manage and review private equity fund accounting activities, including journal entries, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, fees, carried interest, waterfall models, financial statements, and investor notices. Coordinate with auditors and tax teams, handle client requests, improve operational processes, meet deadlines, and mentor junior team members while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client agreements.

Provides outsourced CFO and accounting support to hedge fund and private equity clients. Responsibilities include reviewing NAVs, allocations, investor statements, reconciliations, fees, and incentive calculations; preparing financial statements; conducting analysis and modeling; coordinating audits, service providers, onboarding, and client communications; and improving accounting processes and controls.
