Lead and oversee operational aspects of Linguistic Validation and eCOA projects: create and track timelines, manage budgets and invoicing, report status and financials, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure SOP compliance, mentor junior PMs, support proposals, and drive process improvements to meet quality and timeline metrics.

Lead design and optimization of large-scale data pipelines and workflows for forecasting and analytics. Work across backend stack, ensure code quality, collaborate with product and engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and translate business requirements into scalable cloud-based data solutions.
