Leads Regulatory Affairs staff and site performance, including personnel management, business development, project and resource coordination, regulatory agency interactions, proposals, risk management, process improvements, and strategic regulatory initiatives. Provides technical consultancy, manages complex programs, ensures quality deliverables, supports regulatory operations, and represents the function with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
