Provides functional leadership and operational support for Oracle Fusion PPM and related enterprise applications. Configures and optimizes project management, resource management, project costing, billing, revenue, time and labor, and services delivery processes. Translates business requirements into system designs, coordinates integrations and upgrades, manages testing and UAT, improves data quality, develops documentation and training, supports users, and partners with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Manages DISA IDLS and related projects from planning through deployment, overseeing scope, schedules, resources, quality, finances, risks, deliverables, customer relationships, and subcontractors. The role provides project leadership, status reporting, forecasting, invoice approval, process improvement recommendations, proposal support, and escalation management. It requires coordination across dispersed technical teams, strong documentation and presentation skills, and occasional after-hours deployment support. Secret clearance is required, with Fort Meade-area candidates preferred and no current travel projected.

Administer and support enterprise Linux, Windows, VMware, and OpenShift Virtualization environments. Perform monitoring, patching, security hardening, access administration, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and virtual machine migrations. Use Ansible and scripting languages to streamline system administration while supporting compliance requirements such as STIGs, CIS benchmarks, SCAP, and DISA standards. Collaborate with engineering teams and support scheduled evening or weekend migration cutovers.
