Lead design, deployment, and operation of enterprise Red Hat OpenShift clusters and drive migration of ~10,000 VMs from VMware ESXi to OpenShift Virtualization. Build automation pipelines, integrate secrets management, troubleshoot infrastructure and migrations, ensure compliance, and produce technical documentation while mentoring team members.
