Conduct market/customer research, define product requirements, partner with engineering and GTM teams, track KPIs, and integrate third-party AI and media platforms to turn archived media into searchable, governed digital assets.

Manage daily imaging operations, optimize workflow and capacity planning, maintain imaging equipment and DR processes, support and train staff, coordinate chain-of-custody/security, and represent the branch on DMS operations and implementation calls.

The Imaging Specialist II prepares and scans physical documents into digital formats, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures while maintaining an organized workspace.
