Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, architect integrations, create technical documentation, and guide implementations. Serves as a trusted technical advisor while supporting scalable architectures, governance, customer adoption, and successful project outcomes. The role requires 30–40% travel and experience with cloud, SaaS, APIs, enterprise platforms, and utility or asset-intensive environments.

Leads multidisciplinary implementation teams delivering enterprise software solutions for utility and energy customers. Oversees solution design, project planning, testing, training, deployment, adoption, and value realization while managing budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and customer outcomes. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve delivery practices, scalability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Develops high-performing teams and serves as a trusted advisor during business transformation and change management initiatives.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for electric utility customers, leading discovery, designing solutions, delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to align product capabilities with utility operational needs.

Own full sales lifecycle for electric and gas utility accounts: develop territory and account plans, build executive relationships, identify and close new business, expand existing accounts, manage forecasts and CRM, collaborate with solution, product and customer success teams, and represent the company at industry events to drive revenue and modernization initiatives.

The Technical Implementation Consultant will lead SaaS platform deployments for enterprise customers, focusing on technical configurations, integrations, data migrations, and ensuring secure deployments aligned with best practices.
