Leads functional and project management activities for enterprise SaaS implementations serving utility customers. Responsibilities include requirements discovery, business process and workflow configuration, timeline and stakeholder coordination, customer workshops, UAT, training support, risk tracking, go-live readiness, and handoff to Customer Success. Prepares RFI/RFP responses, develops technical enablement materials, resolves technical questions, and supports transitions from pre-sales to post-sale engagement.

Own the evolution of Locusview’s mobile and web digital construction platform. Define and prioritize GIS, geospatial data, asset management, and field workforce capabilities; partner with customers, Engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams; and guide initiatives from discovery through launch. Use feedback, analytics, and market insights to shape the roadmap, improve adoption and productivity, and explore AI and automation opportunities.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Itron’s Intelligent Edge Operating System data platform. Define governed data products, data-sharing capabilities, and responsible AI enablement while translating customer needs into scalable, secure requirements. Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Delivery, and Sales on platform development, onboarding, adoption, workshops, demonstrations, and RFP responses. Monitor customer outcomes, product performance, market trends, and emerging technologies to guide future investments.

Leads Account Executives selling utility software and SaaS solutions to electric and gas utilities. Responsibilities include sales team coaching, territory and account strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, complex enterprise engagements, recurring-revenue growth, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relationship development. The role also provides market insights and supports utility modernization and resiliency initiatives.

Drive revenue growth across electric and gas utility accounts by developing strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, expanding existing business, and managing complex sales cycles. Own territory and account plans, forecasting, CRM accuracy, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution. Partner with solution consultants, customer success, product, and marketing teams to position software solutions addressing utility operations, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation needs.

Designs and maintains cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments. The role uses AWS, Terraform, Docker, and container orchestration to deliver secure, scalable, highly available platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, deployment optimization, security governance, and collaboration with engineering and product teams. The engineer supports cloud-native SaaS applications and contributes to reliability, performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
