Leads functional and project management activities for enterprise SaaS implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, training, and customer transition. Manages timelines, risks, stakeholders, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with technical consultants, Product, Engineering, Support, and customers. Designs business processes and workflows, supports adoption and change management, and develops reusable implementation practices for utility and infrastructure customers.

Designs and maintains cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments. The role uses AWS, Terraform, Docker, and container orchestration to deliver secure, scalable, highly available platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, deployment optimization, security governance, and collaboration with engineering and product teams. The engineer supports cloud-native SaaS applications and contributes to reliability, performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Designs and delivers end-to-end enterprise software solutions for utility digital transformation initiatives. Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, architect integrations, create technical documentation, and guide implementations. Serves as a trusted technical advisor while supporting scalable architectures, governance, customer adoption, and successful project outcomes. The role requires 30–40% travel and experience with cloud, SaaS, APIs, enterprise platforms, and utility or asset-intensive environments.
