Provides clinic-based behavioral health care for children using evidence-based ABA practices. Develops treatment plans, documents and codes services, supports RBTs, collaborates with interdisciplinary clinicians, and maintains a safe clinic environment. Leads clinic operations, mentors and supervises clinical staff, manages caseloads and outcomes, fosters a positive team culture, and partners with leadership to drive clinical quality, retention, and growth.
