Design, develop, and implement automation systems for high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include PLC and HMI programming, robotics integration, controls and electrical design, commissioning, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and leading projects from concept through production handoff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Provide on-site HR support for a manufacturing facility: manage employee relations and investigations, attendance and performance management, onboarding and training administration, HRIS/LMS use, compliance with employment laws, workforce planning, and recordkeeping. Partner with operations to improve employee engagement and operational effectiveness.

Leads strategic and tactical sourcing of indirect goods and services, including IT categories. Responsibilities include supplier analysis, negotiations, contract review, supplier performance management, stakeholder coordination, bid strategies, category planning, cost optimization, process improvement, and coaching team members.
