Provide scientific support for JAX mouse products and services, responding to pre- and post-sale inquiries, troubleshooting experiments, delivering educational presentations, and contributing voice-of-customer feedback. Support cohort generation, colony management, genotyping, surgical/necropsy and related services, assist technical sales and record customer needs, and collaborate on process improvements and interdepartmental projects. Role requires travel up to 25% and engagement with academic and biopharma customers.
