Coach and manage program managers, drive portfolio visibility, support demand and resource planning, and lead high-priority enterprise projects (IAM, OS upgrades, intranet modernization, service management). Serve as trusted advisor to executives to ensure delivery and organizational adoption of strategic initiatives.
