Designs and implements secure, scalable enterprise technology solutions for legal workflows. Develops application, data, API, integration, automation, and AI architectures connecting legal and business systems. Establishes technology standards, governance, documentation, and reusable design patterns; evaluates emerging legal technologies and generative AI solutions; and partners with business, innovation, knowledge management, security, and IT teams to improve legal service delivery and operational efficiency.

Own and administer the firm's Intapp application suite, including user support, security, configuration, monitoring, upgrades, patching, documentation, integrations, workflows, forms, datasets, and SQL-based reporting. Partner with New Business Intake, Conflicts, Legal Operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams while supporting migration from on-premise systems to Intapp's cloud platform.

Manage insurance carrier invoice appeals: draft attorney narratives, track deadlines, maintain appeal logs, communicate with attorneys and billing, identify reductions and process improvements, and support billing and collections to maximize client recoveries and ensure adherence to outside counsel billing guidelines.
