Lead US go-to-market and alliance strategy for Oracle and NetSuite practices, owning pipeline, revenue, partner relationships, sales plays, campaigns, account pursuits, and cross-functional GTM execution. Drive co-sell motions with Oracle/NetSuite field teams, maintain partner tier compliance, and represent Jade Global at industry and partner events to build market presence and thought leadership.

Lead ERP-enabled enterprise transformations and advise C-suite clients on strategy, AI-embedded process improvements, operating model design, business cases, and value realization. Drive solution alignment, client relationships, proposals, and thought leadership while mentoring teams and ensuring successful implementation from strategy through delivery.

The Business Development Director will identify new clients, manage the sales process, implement strategies, and maintain relationships with executives to drive revenue growth.
