Supports the housekeeping team by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies; removing soiled items and trash; maintaining carts and storage areas; assisting with heavy items; cleaning public and back-of-house areas; reporting hazards; and supporting deep-cleaning, VIP setup, and hotel events.

Provides hands-on operational leadership across assigned hotels, filling leadership vacancies and driving performance improvements. Ensures brand, safety, policy, and service compliance; analyzes budgets, forecasts, financial performance, labor costs, and operational metrics; and develops hotel leadership teams. Partners with Revenue Management, Sales, Human Resources, and Finance to achieve property and company goals. Requires extensive travel and on-property assignments lasting several days to several weeks.

Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, maintain payroll and employee records, administer FMLA and ADA leaves, manage I-9 and E-Verify compliance, support workers’ compensation and OSHA reporting, advise managers on disciplinary documentation, coordinate onboarding, and assist the VP of Human Resources with special projects.

Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, staffing, scheduling, billing, and cash handling. Lead and develop front desk employees, resolve escalated guest concerns, monitor occupancy and performance metrics, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction, enforce brand and safety standards, support hiring and evaluations, and maintain knowledge of hotel operations and Marriott Bonvoy.

Drive hotel revenue through prospecting, new business development, account management, outside sales, networking, and contract negotiation. Build relationships with corporate accounts, local businesses, and community organizations; optimize room-night production and profitability; maintain sales systems and reporting; and collaborate on sales strategies and revenue goals while delivering excellent client and guest service.

Cleans and maintains hotel guest rooms and public areas, replenishes linens and amenities, assists room attendants, completes housekeeping reports, and promptly reports maintenance issues. Provides courteous guest service while following safety, security, and sanitation procedures. Requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to lift 40 pounds and stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods.
