Manage and develop part of JBT Marel's global patent portfolio: assess patentability, draft applications and office-action responses, conduct patent surveillance, FTO studies, due diligence, and participate in EPO opposition/appeal proceedings while supporting global IP strategy and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead the design and professionalization of global portfolio management for product and innovation. Implement portfolio frameworks, governance, Planview programs, dashboards, and reporting. Provide analytics and insights to guide investment decisions, support portfolio reviews, and align stakeholders across divisions to optimize product development and lifecycle management.

Leads global trade and customs compliance activities, including HS/HTS classification, ECCN support, broker filing validation, customs documentation, audits, regulatory inquiries, and trade remedy reviews. Develops compliance processes, SOPs, controls, dashboards, and analytics; leads system enhancements and automation projects; monitors regulatory changes; and partners with logistics, brokers, procurement, finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams to improve global trade operations and advise leadership.
