Supports the global IT SOX compliance program across systems and business units. Responsibilities include control documentation and testing support, risk assessments, SOX scoping, evidence readiness, issue remediation tracking, stakeholder advisory, and compliance reporting. The role also supports ERP implementations, acquisitions, system upgrades, control transformations, dashboards, automated monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns Workday HR reporting, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and BIRT reports. Builds Power BI and broader data solutions using Databricks and SQL, validates data, troubleshoots reporting issues, and supports HR metrics and decision-making. Partners with HR functional and governance teams, translates business needs into reporting requirements, maintains data lineage and compliance documentation, and uses AI tools to improve report development and data quality.

Manage and develop part of JBT Marel's global patent portfolio: assess patentability, draft applications and office-action responses, conduct patent surveillance, FTO studies, due diligence, and participate in EPO opposition/appeal proceedings while supporting global IP strategy and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Leads global trade and customs compliance activities, including HS/HTS classification, ECCN support, broker filing validation, customs documentation, audits, regulatory inquiries, and trade remedy reviews. Develops compliance processes, SOPs, controls, dashboards, and analytics; leads system enhancements and automation projects; monitors regulatory changes; and partners with logistics, brokers, procurement, finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams to improve global trade operations and advise leadership.
