Remote role with up to 10% travel.

Manage and develop part of JBT Marel's global patent portfolio: assess patentability, draft applications and office-action responses, conduct patent surveillance, FTO studies, due diligence, and participate in EPO opposition/appeal proceedings while supporting global IP strategy and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as technical and application expert for marination and cured meat product lines, supporting sales, demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting, training, and product R&D. Collect market feedback, document opportunities, and collaborate with sales, engineering, service, and product teams to translate customer needs into solutions and ensure successful equipment performance.

Work onsite with poultry customers to gather requirements, assess production lines, and configure DSI portioning system software. Provide process-improvement feedback, measure and analyze production data, and coordinate customer visits. Role is fully remote but requires extensive travel to customer sites.
