Manages sales growth, retention, and client satisfaction for existing higher education customers. Sells software, services, and partner products; develops pipelines and campaigns; manages executive relationships, proposals, negotiations, upgrades, implementations, cloud migrations, and SSO projects. Coordinates project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, timelines, and post-sale support while collaborating with internal teams and applying analytics and AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Develop and maintain end-user documentation, online help, release communications, installation guides, videos, and in-product content. Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams on user-facing materials and software releases. Lead peer reviews, resolve documentation issues, improve writing standards and processes, research emerging content and AI technologies, meet release deadlines, and mentor junior writers.

Develops and supports customer-specific technical solutions for Jenzabar customers. Responsibilities include defining requirements, scoping solutions, programming, integrations, system updates, troubleshooting customizations, preparing statements of work, and communicating technical solutions to non-technical users. Collaborates with customers and internal developers across multiple projects.

Develop custom applications, integrations, and system updates for Jenzabar customers using C#, .NET, XML, SQL, REST APIs, and Boomi. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, troubleshooting, programming, customer consulting, statements of work, training, collaboration, and mentoring application programmers.

Designs, executes, and debugs manual and automated tests for software products. Reviews requirements, develops test plans and scenarios, performs regression and exploratory testing, documents defects, verifies fixes, and supports successful releases. Coordinates testing across development teams, maintains bug backlogs, and recommends improvements to testing processes, tools, and training. Uses SQL Server Management Studio and SQL queries, with ERP application testing experience preferred.

Leads the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. Builds ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks and Spark, integrates and transforms source data into curated models, manages SQL Server data, and maintains documentation and lineage. Collaborates with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver reliable data solutions. Applies responsible AI practices and delivers projects independently within established timelines.

Provides technical troubleshooting and functional support for Jenzabar products used by higher education institutions. Resolves application and system issues using SQL, logs, browser developer tools, and structured workflows; manages multiple customer cases; documents solutions; communicates with customers and internal teams; and escalates issues to Product and Engineering. The role requires customer empathy, strong prioritization, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and familiarity with web applications, enterprise software, and higher education processes.

Manage and optimize CRM platforms, support cross-departmental student marketing initiatives, implement automation and AI-enabled tools, create training and communications, troubleshoot and maintain CRM functionality, and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders to improve campaign performance.
