Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations with applications such as DocuSign and Mailchimp. Responsibilities include application development, release deployments, unit and system testing, debugging, data quality, security, and technical documentation. This pro-bono role requires a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six hours weekly, including a weekly team meeting, and collaborative participation in a volunteer team.

Support executive finance functions by preparing budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and analyses; managing QuickBooks; developing policies, procedures, and internal controls; overseeing audits, tax, and regulatory filings; leading financial meetings; presenting to leadership; and collaborating cross-functionally. This unpaid volunteer role requires approximately 7–10 hours weekly and a minimum six-month commitment.

Advise and implement a mentoring program for volunteer instructors, providing resume reviews, mock interviews, career advice, and professional development resources. Train and coordinate mentors, communicate with instructors, track participant engagement and Federal Work Study hours, and serve as a JerseySTEM brand ambassador and candidate contact. The role supports STEM education equity through volunteer and university outreach.
