Own and build JSSI’s AI-first data platform, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and OneLake. Develop governed semantic layers for Power BI, ingest data into Azure SQL and ADLS Gen2, and enforce quality, lineage, security, governance, and PII controls aligned with Entra ID. Expose curated datasets to AI agents through approved APIs or MCP servers while using Claude Code and documentation-first engineering practices.

Owns strategic and operational workstreams supporting the CPTO, including executive communications, leadership meeting cadence, OKR tracking, AI governance, tool adoption, financial and usage oversight, incident command, root cause analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, storytelling, spreadsheet and presentation skills, daily AI tool usage, and comfort working through ambiguity in a technology or product environment.

Directs strategic planning and operational support for aviation maintenance, focusing on cost savings, vendor agreements, procurement optimization, rental asset scheduling, forecasting, dashboards, and workforce growth planning. Partners with finance, technical, regional, and parts-and-engines teams to improve maintenance event decisions, control costs, strengthen vendor performance, and provide executive leadership with actionable operational and financial insights.
