Supports JLL’s Capital Markets team with commercial real estate research, valuation, lease abstraction, transaction due diligence, and marketing materials. Responsibilities include analyzing market data, demographics, traffic counts, rent rolls, and tenant profiles; assisting with Argus and Excel valuations; summarizing leases; and creating charts, teasers, and offering memorandums. The internship runs June 7 through August 13, 2027, onsite in Chicago.

Supports the Project and Development Services design team by creating visual concepts, branding, campaign materials, and print and digital layouts. Collaborates with designers, project managers, production staff, and marketing professionals; conducts market research; edits InDesign and PowerPoint templates; applies stakeholder feedback; and organizes design files. The intern will use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, enhance their portfolio, and gain commercial real estate industry experience.

Leads enterprise AI architecture across products, platforms, and shared capabilities. Defines standards, reference architectures, guardrails, and adoption strategies for LLM applications, retrieval, agentic workflows, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and governance. Partners with business and engineering leaders to ensure secure, scalable, compliant, resilient, and maintainable solutions. Guides AI-powered software delivery, mentors technical leaders, influences architecture decisions, and supports enterprise platform modernization.
