Mentors engineers, guides design reviews, shapes technology strategy, evaluates tools and frameworks, and collaborates with product and architecture teams. Also advances AI-assisted engineering practices and reusable platform patterns across the organization.

Designs and supports secure identity and access management solutions within the Domain Services and Privileged Access Management team. Partners with IT and security stakeholders, mentors teams on agile engineering, testing, source control, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices, and improves IAM system availability and resiliency. The role requires expertise in system administration, Active Directory, PAM, authentication integration, cloud concepts, security frameworks, and infrastructure architecture.

Identifies and develops new customer opportunities through targeted outreach, customer research, stakeholder mapping, prospect qualification, and account planning. Builds early customer interest, validates fit and need, and prepares qualified opportunities for transition to long-term account owners. Collaborates with demand generation teams, dealers, sales teams, and growth intelligence personnel while managing multiple opportunities and priorities.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts for John Deere Construction & Forestry. Develop account plans, build executive and operational relationships, influence capital equipment purchases, identify sales and aftermarket growth opportunities, lead business reviews, collaborate with dealers and internal teams, monitor market activity, and maintain forecasts. The role is remote, requires access to a major airport, and involves travel up to 75%.

Engineering internship for college students pursuing agricultural, computer, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering degrees. Interns gain foundational experience in product, factory, and weld engineering while working with mentors and advanced engineering tools.
