Designs, documents, and permits buried, underground, and aerial fiber-optic outside plant build-outs. Creates and reviews fiber assignments, schematics, and high- and low-level designs. Interprets telecom construction maps and drawings, collaborates with project managers, permitting teams, and field personnel, and delivers accurate designs on schedule. The role also involves process improvement, technical development, and detailed documentation.

Plans, designs, documents, and permits new outside plant FTTx fiber build-outs, including buried, underground, and aerial applications. Creates and reviews fiber assignments, high-level designs, and low-level designs using GIS and CAD tools. Coordinates with project managers, permitting teams, and field personnel to deliver accurate, timely documentation while maintaining quality standards and improving technical processes.
