Teams at Joliet Junior College

Provide proctoring for academic, placement, and certification exams (including remote proctoring), maintain testing security and documentation, offer customer service and technical support to students and staff, schedule appointments, assist with score entry and reporting, and perform clerical and reception duties across college testing locations.

Provide in-person and remote test proctoring, enforce test security and confidentiality, schedule appointments, perform clerical tasks and data entry, provide technical and reception support, assist students (including those with disabilities), prepare reports, and travel between campuses as needed.
