Provides high-level support to the CEO, including complex calendar and travel management, executive communications, briefing materials, and follow-up tracking. Coordinates Board and committee meetings, minutes, materials, governance records, SEC filing processes, proxy materials, shareholder communications, and investor logistics. Maintains corporate documentation, supports strategic initiatives, improves executive office workflows, and builds trusted relationships with directors, executives, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
