Own retention, renewals, churn prevention, and expansion for a high-volume, low-touch B2B SaaS customer segment. Handle cancellation and commercial requests, respond to automated outreach, identify expansion opportunities, maintain Salesforce records and forecasts, and monitor performance metrics. Partner with CX, Billing, and RevOps while improving automation, messaging, and customer engagement processes.

Own a high-volume book of SMB RIA accounts, managing retention, renewals, expansion, and quota performance. Use customer usage signals and lifecycle triggers to prioritize outreach, execute scalable engagement plays, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting. The role requires strong commercial judgment, product knowledge, operational discipline, clear communication, and effective use of AI tools in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Lead and build Jump's customer marketing function: develop customer stories, case studies, advocacy and reference programs, run customer advisory boards, partner with Sales and CS to drive adoption, retention, and expansion, and manage budget, vendors, and program measurement.
