Design, operate, and improve high-performance wireless networks for financial markets. Responsibilities include monitoring and telemetry platforms, device integrations, RF path design, frequency coordination, wireline and optical transport, link commissioning, incident response, production change management, regulatory research, site development, and automation. The role requires Python, Linux, networking, RF expertise, rigorous operational practices, international travel, and participation in a global on-call rotation.

Manage month-end close, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany and equity accounting, consolidations, audit and tax support, and financial reporting across multiple legal entities. The role also focuses on process improvement, automation, accurate GAAP-compliant records, and supporting finance AI initiatives. It is based in Chicago with at least four office days per week.

Build and maintain scalable data platforms and systems that transform raw market data into validated analytical datasets, including bars, residuals, curves, volatility surfaces, and greeks. Collaborate with trading, research, and external vendor teams to understand datasets and workflows, implement calculations, document technical solutions, and ensure reliable delivery through strong testing and validation practices.

Build and maintain centralized, validated data platforms covering reference, fundamental, market, index, exchange, instrument, and security master datasets. Analyze vendor data, design scalable data models, implement quality controls, resolve processing issues, and partner with quantitative researchers and traders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while maintaining testing and system design standards across the Core Data team.

Design, build, and improve platforms and services that support the business. Develop tools, systems, and infrastructure with cross-functional teams. Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of production systems and strengthen core systems to increase engineering productivity.

Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale HPC compute and storage systems. Troubleshoot performance and faults, build automation and packaging tooling, implement monitoring, collaborate with researchers, participate in maintenance windows, and manage vendor relationships including travel.

Design, architect, and build low‑latency, high‑throughput real‑time streaming systems that ingest, process, and distribute market data to trader GUIs. Collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure accurate tick‑to‑trade delivery, operate and debug production systems, set technical direction, and mentor other engineers.

Build and extend a core UI platform and use it to deliver business-critical web applications. Collaborate across teams in an agile environment, emphasize testing, pair-programming, and developer productivity, and enable other developers to consume and extend the platform reliably.

Design and implement high-performance, data-dense real-time GUI applications for traders. Focus on low-latency rendering, graphics pipelines, efficient data delivery to browsers, cross-stack work, performance tuning, and mentoring teammates while shaping architecture and best practices.
