Lead reliability and observability efforts across the org: design and maintain Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, drive IaC standards (Terraform/Crossplane), partner with 16+ teams to roll out tools and processes, participate in on-call rotation and incident response, and use AI tools to accelerate work.

Oversee onboarding for fund administration customers, including fund accounting and reporting setup, client implementation management, data reconciliation, workspace configuration, and quality review. Lead cross-functional projects, improve onboarding workflows, provide technical accounting expertise, manage people, and identify product enhancements. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and a high-quality transition to ongoing service teams.

Own global compensation and equity programs, including market pricing, salary bands, annual rewards cycles, bonuses, equity grants, and pay equity analysis. Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People teams on data-backed recommendations, executive and international compensation, Board approvals, and compensation workflow automation.
