Lead and grow a team of Conversation Designers to build and scale conversational AI experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and ML teams to drive strategy, tooling, evaluation, and quality practices. Recruit and remove roadblocks, own strategic initiatives, and remain hands-on in designing, testing, and improving AI-driven conversational products.

Design and optimize German-language chatbot flows and conversation copy, analyze transcripts and performance, apply LLM/NLP tools and prompt engineering, conduct QA and localization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to special projects to improve engagement, conversion, and customer support.

Lead Pearl's Enterprise AI product business end-to-end: define vision and GTM, build and scale AI+human offerings, partner with enterprise customers, and run a lean cross-functional team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
