Generates and manages referral sources for the firm’s personal injury and property damage practices, especially auto body and collision centers. Builds relationships through networking events, luncheons, seminars, and community outreach activities. Acts as a brand ambassador, coordinates presentations and lunch-and-learns, identifies new referral opportunities, and supports referral-source retention. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, outside sales experience, public speaking, organization, and CRM proficiency.

Represents personal injury and property damage clients by meeting with clients, evaluating claims, negotiating with insurers, communicating case updates, preparing matters for trial, and trying cases when needed. The role requires strong litigation, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills, along with Illinois Bar membership and substantial trial experience.
