Leads the company’s international trade compliance program, overseeing export licenses, jurisdiction and classification determinations, transaction screening, training, investigations, disclosures, audits, and regulatory guidance. Supports Technology Control Plans, M&A due diligence, CFIUS and FOCI matters, and cross-functional compliance integration. Provides oversight to compliance staff and travels occasionally, including internationally.

Designs and evolves enterprise AI architectures, standards, guardrails, and reusable technical patterns. Builds production generative AI proofs of concept and reference implementations involving RAG, agents, orchestration, APIs, model integrations, observability, and automation. Translates governance requirements into technical controls for secure, regulated environments while supporting governed self-service. Partners with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, automation, and business teams to evaluate platforms, improve operational readiness, and provide hands-on technical leadership.

Leads enterprise-wide internal and external communications, employee engagement, executive storytelling, media relations, and corporate messaging. Develops communication programs, campaigns, leadership materials, press content, and crisis communications while maintaining consistent messaging across media, web, events, social platforms, and investor materials. Builds two-way employee communication channels, coordinates cross-functional input, measures communication effectiveness, and strengthens the company’s reputation among employees, media, customers, and other priority audiences.

Develops sourcing strategies, builds specialized talent pipelines, advises hiring managers on labor markets and compensation, evaluates candidates, manages stakeholder communications, supports offers, analyzes recruiting metrics, mentors recruiters, and improves talent acquisition processes. Recruiting may span aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing, technician, skilled labor, and corporate positions.

Manage cradle-to-grave administration of government and DoD contracts: review, draft, redline, negotiate agreements and subcontracts; ensure FAR/DFARS, export control, and compliance; maintain contract files; liaise with government contracting officers, primes, suppliers and internal teams; monitor performance, mitigate risks, and support cost/pricing reviews.
