Create media materials, executive messaging, news releases, and multichannel content; support media relations and stakeholder engagement; translate complex technologies into compelling narratives; coordinate communications projects and timelines; and measure performance to improve effectiveness and consistency.

Leads company-wide marketing strategy and execution supporting business development and growth. Manages the marketing team, annual plan, budget, campaigns, trade shows, customer-facing materials, brand consistency, external agencies, and cross-functional initiatives. Develops content across brochures, presentations, videos, photography, websites, and collateral while measuring performance against business-aligned KPIs. Requires frequent collaboration with communications, business development, investor relations, and other stakeholders, with travel up to 40%.

Leads the company’s international trade compliance program, overseeing export licenses, jurisdiction and classification determinations, transaction screening, training, investigations, disclosures, audits, and regulatory guidance. Supports Technology Control Plans, M&A due diligence, CFIUS and FOCI matters, and cross-functional compliance integration. Provides oversight to compliance staff and travels occasionally, including internationally.
