Handle personal injury litigation from filing through trial, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, client communication, and courtroom advocacy. Lead a litigation team of five or more, supervise team members, manage caseloads, and handle commercial motor vehicle cases. The role requires Illinois Bar membership, strong legal research and communication skills, and at least three years of personal injury litigation experience.

Manage a caseload of 50–75 personal injury cases while supporting attorneys with demand letters, pleadings, motions, discovery responses, case audits, lien and expense reviews, client and external communications, and trial preparation. Maintain accurate case data in Filevine and follow personal injury litigation deadlines and protocols. A college degree or paralegal certification, at least four years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software are required.

Manage a caseload of 75–100 personal injury cases with primary responsibility for scheduling hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Maintain scheduling notes in Filevine, manage attorney calendars, confirm appointments, draft legal notices and scheduling orders, and prepare client correspondence. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and knowledge of personal injury litigation deadlines and procedures in a high-volume legal environment.
