Manage inside sales for assigned market segments by growing existing accounts, acquiring customers, leading opportunities through close, and achieving revenue and profit targets. Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM records, coordinate internal teams, support channel partners, identify strategic opportunities, monitor competitors, and represent the company at trade events. The role requires heat transfer technology knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, and approximately 25% travel.

Leads bid-to-execution governance across the Americas, validating technical, commercial, contractual, financial, capacity, supply chain, and delivery readiness before order booking. Owns Sales-to-Project handovers, risk mitigation, profitability reviews, approvals, dashboards, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement. The role requires extensive cross-functional leadership across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Project Management in an engineered-to-order or capital equipment environment.
