Teams at Kenvue

Develop SKU-level demand forecasts for the Digestive Health and Eye portfolio using SAP Demand Planning and IBP processes. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, and other partners using historical data, POS trends, inventory, and promotional information. Lead forecast reviews, communicate gaps, maintain MAPE and forecast accuracy metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.

Manages promotional, club pack, and trade customization activities across assigned portfolios. Monitors SKU performance, inventory, service, and costs; conducts root cause analysis; manages post-promotion inventory disposition; and develops performance reporting. Partners with supply and demand planning, sales, and trade promotions teams to coordinate volumes, allocations, forecasts, and product plans. Uses SAP and Ariba for orders and transactions, manages vendors, verifies costs, and resolves invoice discrepancies.

Supports Kenvue’s Customer Accounts team through customer recommendations, sales and promotion analysis, brand and category insights, presentations, partner relationships, and cross-functional growth initiatives. The intern manages multiple projects, tracks business results, and communicates findings to internal and external stakeholders while developing sales and leadership skills.
