Leads US People Operations and serves as the senior HR business partner for employee relations, employment-law compliance, union matters, benefits, leave, payroll workflows, HRIS integrity, performance management, policies, and HR analytics. Manages the US HR team, advises organizational leaders, oversees investigations and conflict resolution, maintains compliance across jurisdictions, and partners with Finance and HR leadership on compensation, budgets, and workforce planning. The role is fully remote within the United States with occasional travel.
