Supports pre-sales activities for Kinaxis supply chain software by identifying customer needs, qualifying prospects, delivering customized product demonstrations, preparing presentations, following sales processes, providing product feedback, and coordinating transitions to Professional Services. Requires deep supply chain or enterprise pre-sales expertise, industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Leads the creation of Kinaxis’s global Partner Success operating model, including partner segmentation, health scoring, governance, capacity planning, enablement, implementation quality, performance management, tooling, and lifecycle design. Builds the function and cross-functional operating infrastructure while improving partner capability, delivery readiness, implementation outcomes, pipeline contribution, and ecosystem growth.

Drive revenue growth and retention within existing enterprise accounts by identifying opportunities, developing account strategies, building executive relationships, qualifying prospects, forecasting sales, closing complex deals, and communicating product feedback. The role requires consultative, value-based selling to manufacturing-oriented industries and multiple organizational stakeholders, including operations, demand management, finance, and IT.
