Coordinate and manage lateral partner interview logistics including scheduling, virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams, candidate materials, travel and catering coordination, tracking candidates in Lawcruit, processing expenses in Chrome River, and reporting to the Lateral Recruiting team.

The Pricing Manager will develop and execute pricing and project management strategies, assist attorneys with pricing arrangements, and analyze financial models and budgets to support client and firm objectives.

Support the Special Matters & Government Investigations practice by creating and coordinating RFPs/pitches, drafting directory/award submissions, managing events and sponsorships, updating marketing materials, executing BD strategy and competitive research, supporting client targeting and lateral onboarding, and tracking budgets and BD outcomes. Collaborate with lawyers and global BD/Marketing teams to drive cross-selling and thought leadership.
