Serve as first point of contact via email and in-app chat to resolve customer questions, troubleshoot issues, guide product usage, escalate technical problems, document interactions, identify trends, and collaborate with product and onboarding teams to improve support resources and customer experience.

Build and maintain GTM infrastructure and integrations to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Automate workflows, ensure data hygiene, create reporting pipelines/dashboards, and partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Integrate with third-party billing/commerce systems, maintain serverless/event-driven architectures on AWS, ensure security and performance, implement automated tests and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions.
