Lead and expand KIPP Chicago's individual giving program and $25M anniversary campaign. Manage a 100–150 major gift portfolio, cultivate and solicit 5- to 7-figure gifts, work with leadership and board for solicitations, maintain CRM records and reporting, design donor stewardship and engagement events, and collaborate across development, communications, and program teams.

Manage the school main office, coordinate student enrollment and attendance, welcome visitors, support teachers and leadership, maintain records and supplies, assist with events and communications, and ensure daily office operations run efficiently and safely.

KIPP Chicago seeks a Bilingual Office Manager to provide customer service, oversee student attendance, manage enrollment, assist staff, and support school operations.
