Lead ALA's development function as the chief revenue strategist, designing and executing diversified fundraising programs, stewarding donors and sponsors, aligning revenue plans with organizational strategy, and using data and technology to drive performance. Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to set strategic objectives and grow revenue across channels.

Provide overall leadership and external representation for All Chicago; drive strategic direction, stakeholder relationships, and organizational performance. Ensure financial health, audit and risk management, and operational discipline while building and supporting a high-performing leadership team. Navigate complex multi-stakeholder systems, communicate with funders and partners, and advance the organization's mission to end homelessness.

Serve as chief executive to lead mission execution and organizational strategy for early childhood services. Oversee programs (Head Start, Preschool for All, Home Visiting), financial stewardship, fundraising, compliance, operations, board relations, and community engagement. Act as primary ambassador to families, funders, public agencies, donors, and partners while promoting equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice.
