Leads the internal creative studio and end-to-end content production workflows. Manages project traffic, creative resources, budgets, equipment, vendors, and external partners while overseeing photographers and videographers. Partners with marketing and product marketing teams on briefs, timelines, concepts, feedback, and final deliverables. Ensures brand consistency, operational efficiency, scalable processes, and high-quality content supporting product launches and marketing campaigns.

Develops and executes product strategies, annual plans, and three-year product lifecycle plans for major product categories. Identifies growth opportunities, manages launches, modifications, promotions, and discontinuations, and provides market, competitive, and financial analysis. Leads cross-functional collaboration, mentors product management staff, supports marketing execution, and serves as a product expert. Conducts market research and spends approximately 10% of time engaging with customers and industry stakeholders in the field.

Assists the electrical engineering team with product testing, validation, documentation, and test-result analysis. Designs and builds prototypes and test fixtures, compiles comprehensive reports, and recommends product improvements. The intern collaborates in a team environment while managing project deadlines and gaining practical engineering experience.
