Lead on-site operations and maintenance for automated storage/retrieval and picking systems. Serve as customer-facing site leader, manage budgets, teams, suppliers, safety, PPM schedules, SLAs, reporting, and emergency response to ensure high system availability and customer satisfaction.

Lead on-site safety for warehouse automation installations: conduct risk assessments and audits, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety rules, issue permits and disciplinary actions, maintain safety reporting and training, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Senior Site Manager oversees complex projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating sub-vendor activities, and managing schedules and budgets to meet customer expectations.
